However, the noise from the first floor and a soft mattress made for a less restful night. Additionally, the traffic getting in and out of the hotel was quite frustrating during peak times.

Just a decent option for a city escape in Crestview with good price-value balance. The a. c. was awesome and the room was comfortable after a long drive. If you're sensitive to noise, ask for a top floor room.

Also, the staff are incredibly friendly, from Chase at the front desk to the room attendants, everyone treated me like I mattered.

the walls were really thin (i could hear my neighbor snoring). the breakfast was hot and fresh (loved the waffles! ), the room was spacious with soft bedding, and coffee was always available in the lobby!

had a great stay at comfort inn! the room was spacious and immaculate, which was a huge plus. manager kenji was incredibly friendly and helpful. breakfast was also a highlight with a nice variety, including a breakfast burrito! we appreciated the clean atmosphere and even found some downtime at the spacious pool.
